About the Journal
The Nurse Educators and Practitioners Journal (NEPJ) is a triannual peer-reviewed publication of the Nurse Educators and Practitioners Guild, Inc. (NEPraGuild, Inc.), based in Baguio City, Philippines. The journal is dedicated to bridging the gap between nursing education and clinical practice by disseminating quality, evidence-based research and scholarly works. NEPJ publishes original studies, reviews, and practice-oriented articles that advance nursing education, enhance clinical practice, and contribute to the development of the nursing profession across diverse healthcare and academic settings.

FOCUS & SCOPE
The Nurse Educators and Practitioners Journal (NEPJ) is a triannual publication of the Nurse Educators and Practitioners Guild, Inc. (NEPraGuild, Inc.), based in Baguio City. It strives to bridge the gap between nursing education and practice by publishing relevant studies and evidence-based practices and procedures. The journal covers a broad scope of the nursing field that include program and course development, teaching and learning approaches, educational and training needs assessment, simulation education, student evaluation, evidence based management, quality improvement, patient safety, interprofessional collaboration, role transformation, nursing administration, policy formulation, technological innovation, quantitative and qualitative research implementation and control, dignity safeguarding research, legal practice boundaries, nursing accountability, transcultural nursing, and health equity.
MISSION:
To advance nursing excellence by fostering knowledge sharing, innovation, and policy influence, ultimately improving the quality of nursing education and patient care.
TARGET AUDIENCE:
The primary target audience for the NEPJ includes educators (academe or in the clinical setting), clinical nurse specialists, advanced practice nurses, nursing students, researchers, healthcare administrators, and policymakers.
