The Nurse Educators and Practitioners Journal (NEPJ) is an open-access journal. All articles published in NEPJ are made freely available online immediately upon publication in accordance with NEPJ's commitment to the wide dissemination of scholarly work in nursing education and practice.
Copyright Ownership
Copyright of published articles remains with the Author(s). By submitting and publishing with NEPJ, the Author(s) grant NEPJ, a non-exclusive license to publish, reproduce, distribute, display, archive, index, and make the work publicly available in printed and electronic form.
Open Access Use and Reuse
All articles published in NEPJ are under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0) Users are permitted to read, download, copy, print, share, link to, and distribute NEPJ articles for non-commercial, scholarly, educational and research purposes, provided that:
Proper attribution is given to the Author(s) and the journal;
The original work is cited accurately and in full; and
The content is not altered, misrepresented, or used in a misleading manner.

Attribution Requirement

To ensure long-term digital preservation and permanent access to its published content, NEPJ participates in the PKP Preservation Network (PN) as well as the LOCKSS and/or CLOCKSS archival systems. These systems provide reliable, distributed archiving to guarantee that NEPJ’s scholarly content remains accessible indefinitely.
