After Publication
Post Publication Correspondence
Following publication, the corresponding author may be invited to respond to letters, commentaries, or communications related to their published article. Such correspondence is subject to editorial review and may be published at the discretion of the editorial board.
Reprints and e-Prints
NEPJ publishes all articles in digital open-access format. Authors may download and share the final published PDF from the journal website for scholarly and educational purposes, in accordance with the journal’s copyright and licensing policy. Requests for professionally formatted reprints or e-prints, when applicable, may be coordinated through the editorial office.
Corrections and Errata
Requests to publish corrections, clarifications, or amendments to published articles should be submitted in writing to the editorial office. All reported errors are reviewed by the editors in consultation with the authors.
When a correction is warranted, NEPJ will publish a Correction (Erratum or Corrigendum) notice describing the nature of the error and the corresponding correction. The notice will be linked to the original article, and the corrected version of the article will be updated online with the date of correction clearly indicated. Retractions or expressions of concern, when necessary, are handled in accordance with the journal’s retraction policy and COPE guidelines.
Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
At present, NEPJ does not directly offer Continuing Professional Development (CPD) credits for published articles. Authors may, however, use their published work as supporting evidence for professional development, promotion, or accreditation requirements in accordance with the policies of their respective regulatory or accrediting bodies.
