Corrections, Expressions of Concern, and Retraction
Corrections may be made to a published article with the authorization of the Editor-in-Chief, who will decide the extent of the correction. Minor corrections are made directly to the original article, and a post-publication notice (erratum) will appear in the journal issue following the decision. In cases of major corrections, the original article will remain unchanged, while the corrected version will also be published. Both versions will be linked, and a statement explaining the reason for the major change will be published.
Retractions will be carried out in accordance with COPE retraction guidelines. These permanent and transparent records are intended to preserve scholarly integrity and are not punitive.
Consent for Publication
Authors must obtain consent from individuals whose names, images, or identifying information appear in a published article. Consent forms must state that the details/images will be available on the Internet and accessible to the general public. Consent forms must be made available to the Editor-in-Chief upon request and will be treated confidentially.
