About the Journal

The Nurse Educators and Practitioners Journal (NEPJ) is the official publication of the Nurse Educators and Practitioners Guild, Inc. (NEPraGuild, Inc.), a non-profit professional organization established on August 16, 2016 and duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The Guild was founded by a collective of nurse educators from Hail, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; the Philippines; and Bandung, Indonesia, united by the shared assertion that nurses must remain abreast of emerging knowledge, innovations, and advances in nursing education and clinical practice within an increasingly dynamic global health environment.

Guided by this vision, NEPJ serves as a platform for advancing evidence-based nursing education and practice, fostering lifelong learning, and promoting the continuous quality improvement of the nursing profession. The journal seeks to bridge the gap between theory and practice by disseminating high-quality scholarly works that inform teaching, clinical decision-making, leadership, and policy development in nursing and allied health fields.

The first issue of NEPJ was published in August 2025, marking a significant milestone in the Guild’s commitment to knowledge generation and dissemination. As a peer-reviewed, open-access journal, NEPJ welcomes contributions from nurse educators, practitioners, researchers, and interdisciplinary scholars, both locally and internationally, who aim to contribute to the advancement of nursing education, practice, and research.

Currently, the journal is registered with the International Standard Serial Number (ISSN) Philippines, recognized by the Philippine National Library as a legal depository, and registered with Crossref for Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs).
